Returns

We gladly accept returns within 60 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, calculated on your order's original retail price.

Return requests begin with a quick email to info@deareliette.com to receive your return form.

Conditions for Approval

• Unworn, in brand-new and sellable condition
• Returned in original packaging with completed return form
• Engagement rings must include the original diamond certificate

Please Note

• Custom-modified rings are final sale and ineligible for return
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs
• Eliette is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
• If any return conditions are not met, we may refuse the return — and the item will be returned at customer's expense

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5 business days), please allow an additional 5–10 business days for processing your refund.

Cancellations

For cancellations, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase.

If your request comes after this window, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your refund.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Eliette piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a complimentary one-time exchange within 90 days of your purchase for another design of equal or greater value.

To initiate an exchange, email info@deareliette.com to request an exchange form and connect with a design expert to find your perfect fit.

Please Note

• Exchanges are offered once per order and must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date
• We do not offer exchanges for the same ring in a different size — these are processed as resizes and subject to our resizing policy

• In brand new, unworn, and sellable condition
• Returned in their original packaging with completed return form

• Missing certificates may result in ineligibility for exchange
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs
• Custom-modified pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange
• If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to return the item at the customer's expense
