ARE LAB DIAMONDS "REAL" DIAMONDS?
Absolutely. Lab diamonds are molecularly identical to mined diamonds—they are subject to the same inclusions, color variations, and everything you may have come to know about the hardest mineral on earth. Read more about lab diamonds and how they're made.
ARE ALL YOUR DIAMONDS CERTIFIED?
All engagement ring center diamonds over 1.00ct are certified by an accredited lab such as GIA, IGI, or GCAL. Diamonds under 1.00ct may not be certified, such as those in earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and everyday pieces.
WHERE ARE ELIETTE DIAMONDS GROWN?
Eliette diamonds are grown in select labs in the U.S. and around the world that use renewable energy to produce their stones and have little to no carbon footprint.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN DIAMOND OR PURCHASE JUST A SETTING?
At Eliette, we take pride in working on your whole ring from start to finish. We don't sell our settings or our diamonds without the other. If you don't see a diamond you want in our inventory, contact us and we can help you find what you're looking for.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY RING?
Once your diamond is confirmed, each ring is carefully cast and finished by hand. You can expect to wait 3-6 weeks before your ring ships.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order status anytime by visiting our order lookup page. Simply enter your order number and the email address you used for your purchase. You can also find a direct link to your order status in your confirmation email.
ARE ALL OF YOUR PIECES MADE WITH SOLID GOLD?
All of our gold pieces are made with 14k or 18K solid gold (not plated or filled).
DO YOU OFFER A RUSH SERVICE?
Yes! If you need your ring in a hurry, you can now select our Rush Service during checkout. Just check the "Rush Processing" option—this adds a $400 fee to your order, prioritizes production, and is reflected in your order total. We still craft each ring by hand with the same care and quality, only faster for when time is of the essence.
HOW DO I KNOW THE DIAMOND I CHOSE IS THE DIAMOND I'M GOING TO RECEIVE?
Any Eliette engagement ring diamond you purchase will have a laser inscription that identifies the stone and will match back to the certificate you'll receive with your ring. You can only see this inscription under 20x magnification, but it's there. Before delivery, we double check that the inscription on the diamond matches what you ordered.
WHAT IF THE DIAMOND I WANT IS OVERSOLD?
Diamond inventory moves fast! There is a small chance that the diamond you love is also sitting in someone else's cart at the exact same moment. You will receive an email from our customer service team within 48 hours to confirm your diamond or offer you a better diamond if the one you chose is sold out. Regardless, we will always be in contact to ensure the process is smooth and meets your expectations.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT RING SIZE TO ORDER?
Read our ring sizing guide here. Please note that online ring sizers and paper printouts are incredibly misleading and most often lead to grossly incorrect sizing.
WHAT IF I NEED TO ADJUST MY RING'S SIZE AFTER I RECEIVE IT?
We offer $120 resizes up or down one size.
CAN I RETURN MY RING IF I DON'T LOVE IT?
We are confident that you'll swoon over your custom design when you first open the box, but in case something needs adjusting, we do have a Design Guarantee.
CAN I CHAT WITH SOMEONE BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?
Yes! We offer design help and advice via email, video consult, or live chat. Click on the speech bubble on the bottom right corner to chat during business hours or use our contact form and someone will get back to you with answers to your questions.

Nope! We are based in San Francisco and want to be able to offer the most accessible prices by keeping to our online-only model. But if you want to talk to someone before making your final purchase, we are here for you and love a good chat!

At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

Eliette rings are shipped discreetly and include a keepsake ring box. Eliette uses UPS for domestic shipments. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. Learn more.
