Resizing

In case your ring is not the perfect fit, we offer complimentary ring resizing +/- one size within one year of purchase. Email us at orders@deareliette.com to begin the resize process.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your ring, we offer a complimentary exchange within 90 days for another ring of equal or greater value. Email us at orders@deareliette.com for a return form and shipping label and to chat with a design expert who will help you create the perfect ring.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The ring must be unworn and in its original packaging, including the original diamond certificate. Email us at orders@deareliette.com for a return form and shipping label. Please note that rings with custom modifications are final sale.

We make our rings by hand. Your finished ring may look slightly different than the photo you previewed. The ring you see online is a close representation of what your custom piece will look like, but your ring is made by artisans and not robots. Our experienced jewelers finish every single piece, one-by-one, so the subtle differences are what make your ring unique.
