Resizing
In case your ring is not the perfect fit, we offer $120 ring resizing +/- one size for the lifetime of its wear. Email us at info@deareliette.com to begin the resize process. Please note that earrings, necklaces, and bracelets cannot be resized.
Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a complimentary exchange within 90 days for another piece of equal or greater value. Email us at info@deareliette.com for a return form and to chat with a design expert. See Full Exchange Policy.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 60 days of your purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee based on the original retail price of the item. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging, including the original diamond certificate. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. See Full Return Policy.

We make our rings by hand. Your finished ring may look slightly different than the photo you previewed. The ring you see online is a close representation of what your custom piece will look like, but your ring is made by artisans and not robots. Our experienced jewelers finish every single piece, one-by-one, so the subtle differences are what make your ring unique.
